Fill your freezer with our Kentucky Proud pasture raised beef! Our steers are raised on pasture from birth to butcher and supplemented with quality non-GMO feed from our local feed mill for that mouth-watering marbling we all love.

Price is $4.50/lb and based on hanging weight.

Hang weight is on average between 160-200LBS.

Take-home weight is around 100-120LBS+, but also depends on the cuts that you choose (boneless/bone-in).

Total price *could* be up to $900, minus your deposit. Our price includes all processing fees, meaning we pay the processor so you don't have to. 

1/4 shares are Butcher's choice and cut sheets are not able to be customized. You are able to choose between boneless or bone-in cuts. You will get a 1/4 of everything on the animal. Organ meat/soup bones are available upon request for no additional charge.
