Winter 2025/26 - 1/4 Beef Share DEPOSIT

THIS PRODUCT IS A DEPOSIT ONLY

Fill your freezer with our Kentucky Proud pasture raised beef! Our steers are raised on pasture from birth to butcher. Alongside all the grass and hay they can eat, we also feed them a NON-GMO Distillers Grain mix from the time they are weaned until the time they are harvested.

Price is $5.70/lb hanging weight, and final price includes processing/packaging fees, meaning we pay the processor so you don't have to.

Hang weights/prices vary per animal. These are rough estimates:

Quarter Hang Weight: 175-225lbs ($990 - $1300)

Quarter Shares are filled out as standard Butchers' Choice Cuts, but is still 1/4 of everything on the animal.

All meat is vacuum sealed/labeled.

Deposits are required to hold your spot and are non-refundable.
