1. You Order Your Beef Share

Customers have the option of ordering whatever size beef share they want. Whole & 1/2 beef shares are customizable, whereas 14 beef shares and smaller are pre-selected cuts or "Butcher's Choice."

2. We Deliver Your Steer to the Butcher

Once your deposit is made, we deliver your steer to the butcher on the scheduled day. They will hang the meat for 10-14 days and, once processed, we will give you a call to come pick it up at our farm.

*if you order a 1/2 or whole beef share, you will have to fill out the cut sheet before this step takes place.

3. You Pick Up Your Beef & Pay Your Remaining Balance

Your online purchase of a beef share is a non-refundable deposit because it reserves your beef. Your remaining balance is due when you pick up your beef share.

The final price of your beef will be based on the total hanging weight, which varies slightly between orders. We do our best to give you a range, depending on which option you select.
