1. You Order Your Beef Share

Customers have the option of ordering whatever size beef share they want. Whole & 1/2 beef shares are customizable, whereas 14 beef shares are pre-selected cuts or "Butcher's Choice."

2. We Deliver Your Steer to the Butcher

Once your deposit is made, we deliver your steer to Trackside Butcher Shoppe on the scheduled day. They will hang the meat for 10-14 days and, once processed, we will notify you to pickup at the processor, located in Campbellsburg.

*You will receive a cut sheet via email prior to our butcher appointment. This sheet must be filled out in a timely manner. If it is not filled out in time, the butcher will process your share with standard cuts or "Butcher's Choice".

3. You Pick Up Your Beef & Pay Your Remaining Balance

Your online purchase of a beef share is a non-refundable deposit because it reserves your beef. Your remaining balance will be emailed to you with pickup information, and is due when you pick up your beef share.

*Remember, all processing fees are included in our price.

The final price of your beef will be based on the total hanging weight, which varies slightly between orders. We do our best to give you a range, depending on which option you select.
