Winter 2025/26 - Whole Beef Share DEPOSIT

THIS PRODUCT IS A DEPOSIT ONLY

Fill your freezer with our Kentucky Proud pasture raised beef! Our steers are raised on pasture from birth to butcher. Alongside all the grass and hay they can eat, we also feed them a NON-GMO Distillers Grain mix from the time they are weaned until the time they are harvested.

Price is $5.70/lb hanging weight, and final price includes processing/packaging fees, meaning we pay the processor so you don't have to.

Hang weights/prices vary per animal. These are rough estimates:

Whole Hang Weight: 750-875lbs (Estimated price: $4200-$4900)

Take-home weight varies and also depends on the cuts that you choose (boneless/bone-in).

You will get to fully customize your WHOLE & HALF shares by filling out a custom cut sheet (steak thickness, steaks per pack, special grinds, etc). 

All meat is vacuum sealed/labeled.

A deposit is required to hold your spot and is non-refundable.
